Young people who grow up without a positive role model in their lives are 67% less likely to gain employment when leaving education. Our aim was to encourage more mentors to join the Diana Award Mentor programme. The programme continues to be a success and our film even managed to recruit some former colleagues.
Thank You is part of the Diana Award’s Mentoring Appeal, a drive to recruit 500 mentors.
